Why some of the Leave Entry Lines are strike-through? (Desktop Client)

Sometimes you may find the grid lines in Leave Entry are strike-through.

The strike-through lines represent the the Leave Entries are Inactive (unauthorized), the non-strike-though lines represent the Leave Entries are active (authorized).

Inactive Leave Entries are though Leave Entries that the Employee is inactive (i.e. Terminated) or the Leave Date is outside the Maximum periods to display as authorized Leave Entries defined in Leave Module Setup, General Tab. Say if the Maximum periods to display as authorized Leave Entries is 12, only the latest 12 months Leave Entries are treated as active Leave Entries. (The option Maximum periods to display as authorized Leave Entries is for performance improvement so that HRPro did not require to retrieve all Leave Entries into the grid that may require a lot of time to load. )

The strike-through effect can be disabled in Personal Options, unchecked the Enable Strikethrough.
