HRPro Dashboard is a visual representation of HR metrics. It give a overview of all the HRPro Analytics in one page for employee performance analysis and decision making. It is a central control panel that gathers and displays critical information about employees and their behaviors in a department or entire company.

Headcount Current Year - The number of active employees worked at end of the given period
Headcount Last Year - The number of active employees worked at the end of the given period less one year
New Join Employee Current Year - The number of new join employees as at the end of the given period since Jan 1 current year
New Join Employee Last Year - The number of new join employees as at the end of the given period less one year since Jan 1 last year
Terminated Employee Current Year - The number of terminated employees as at the end of the given period since Jan 1 current year
Terminated Employee Last Year - The number of terminated employees as at the end of the given period less one year since Jan 1 last year
Turnover Current Year - The number of terminated employees as at the end of the given period since Jan 1 current year divided by total number of employees at Jan 1 current year
Turnover Last Year - The number of terminated employees as at the end of the given period less one year since Jan 1 last year divided by total number of employees at Jan 1 last year
YTD Sick Days Current Year - The number of Sick Days (Full Pay and Statutory) at the end of give period since Jan 1 current year
