Errors or unexpected behavior after Web Client is upgraded

After Web Client is upgraded, the application still displays old version number and shows unexpected behavior or returns errors.

Solution

Clearing your browser's cache makes your system sync with the IIS servers on the next visit. After you clear your browser's cache, restart the browser. Then, use it to access Web Client.

To clear your browser's cache, follow the steps below,

Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, and 11
Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history...

Ensure that the Temporary Internet files and website files check box is selected. Click Delete.
