How to customize the Content of the Email for Output to Email (Desktop Client)

* Available for HRPro Desktop Client Only. For Web Client, see How to define Email Template

Use Payslip as an example, add a section [PLRPS] in global HRPRO.INI (in share folder) something like that,


Actually you can define any document that support Output to Email by providing the Report ID, Report ID can be found at the lower right corner of the screen.



EmailContentType can be either "text/plain" or "text/html"

If the subject contains the merge code [EE_NO], [EE_NAME} or [PERIOD], it will replaced by the current employee number, employee name or payroll period
