What's New in HRPro 4.0

  • Allowance 2, Holiday Pay, Annual Leave Pay, Sickness Allowance and Maternity Pay information are added to Payroll Record
  • Calculation of Holiday Pay, Annual Leave Pay, Sickness Allowance and Maternity Pay is re-designed in compliance to Employment (Amendment) Ordinance 2007, details please refer to How HRPro compliant with Employment (Amendment) Ordinance 2007?
  • Statutory Holiday checkbox is added to Public Holiday Maintenance (PLFPH)
  • Prorated Salary can be based on Annual Average, i.e. Monthly Salary x 12 / 365.
  • Payroll Adjustment Import Function is added.
  • Leave Entry Import Function is added.
  • Leave Type Maintenance (PLFLT) is added.
  • Employee’s Badge No. width is increased from 6 to 10 digits.
  • Training History is renamed as Education History.
  • Column Link is added to Education History.
  • Course Name and Qualification is increased from 50 to 100.
  • Always show Reminder after login option is added to Options.
  • Column Head Count is added to Payroll Summary Report by Department (PLRPD).
  • Column Head Count is added to Payroll Summary Report by Cost Centre (PLRPC).
  • Maternity Leave Pay% is added to Employee Master.
  • Added procedure to handle Employee Final Payment. See Employee Termination Process
