The Time Correction Type is under Attendance.
The "Time Correction Type" refers to the different categories of corrections that can be applied to an employee's attendance record. These corrections are used when there are discrepancies or errors in the recorded times, such as forgetting to swipe a card or special circumstances like late arrivals or early departures.
There are typically several types of time corrections available, such as:
Correct Work In/Out: Adjusting the clock-in and clock-out times.
Correct Meal Time: Adjusting the recorded meal break times.
Correct Rest Time: Adjusting the recorded rest periods.
Correct Callback Time: Adjusting the callback times if an employee was called back to work
These corrections help ensure that the attendance records accurately reflect the actual working hours and breaks taken by employees.
This tab is available only if Employee Portal is enabled.
Application Required Attachment: When the option is checked, Employee Portal Users must submit an attachment when applying for this Time Correction Type.
Application Allow Missing Attachment: If the Application Required Attachment and Application Allow Missing Attachment are checked, the applicant can apply without an attachment. However, the Missing Attachment checkbox in the Time Correction Request will be automatically checked after the application is approved.
Application Required Remarks: When checked, Employee Portal Users must enter remarks when applying for a Time Correction Request, such as describing the reason for the request.
Application Rejection Required Remarks: When it is checked, the approver must enter remarks when rejecting a Time Correction Request, such as explaining the reason for the rejection.
Allow Unapproved Time Correction Request Withdrawal: If it is turned off, the applicant cannot withdraw (delete) their unapproved Time Correction Request.
When defined, will show on Time Correction Request screen in Employee Portal under Time Correction Type combo box.

Self Approval
When "Employee Portal Setup" is selected, the setting is defined in the Employee Portal Setup, Leave Application tab's Approval Workflow panel. This setting can be overridden by the setting defined in the Employee Master, EPortal tab.
Approver 1-5
This setting defines the number of approvers required and the approval sequence (if by level) for this time correction type. It allows for different approvers to be assigned to different time correction types.

When one or more Employee Classes are checked in the Employee Class Tab, this Time Correction Type will only apply to those employees belonging to that Employee Class(es). (this option applies to both HRPro and Employee Portal).
When one or more Employers are checked in the Employer Tab, this Time Correction Type will only apply to those employees belonging to that Employer(s). (this option applies to both HRPro and Employee Portal).
