Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement

Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement is defined at System Manager -> HRPro Setup -> Leave Module Setup, Sick Leave Tab



 Full Pay Sick Leave EntitlementDescription
 None    The Entitlement is determined by the user, system will not calculate the entitlement so as the balance.
2 days per month 
(2 days is user definable)
2 days Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement per month will be entitled immediately (at join date/after the end of Probation#) (with no prorated calculation) and the subsequent month at 1st of each month. This entitlement cannot be accumulated across month.
15 days per calendar year (entitled at Calendar Year Start)
(15 days is user definable, Calendar Year Start is user definable)    
The employee will entitle 15 days Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement per year entitled (at join date/after Probation#) with 1st calendar year prorated calculation (round to 2 decimal place), a Full 15 days will be entitled at January 1 of subsequent calendar year in advance. This entitlement cannot be accumulated across year.
6 days per calendar year (entitled at 1st of each month)
(6 days is user definable)
The employee will entitle 0.5 days Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement entitled (at join date/after Probation#) at every 1st day of the month in advance. The entitlement can be accumulated until Dec 31. The balance will be forfeit at Dec 31.

#When Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement entitled after Probation End Date is turned on, The entitlement considered Probation Date, otherwise the entitlement considered join date.
