Company Library (Employee Portal)

Company Library is to store the personnel documents or company documents available for you to download (e.g. Employee Handbook, Leave Policy, etc). 

You can click the Download button to download the document. If the type of the document is PDF, JPG, PNG, View button is available for instant viewing.

The content of Company Library is defined in Master Setup ⇒ Company Library, which can specify which department, division, work location, and/or Employee Class are allowed to view this document. 

Company Library is available when the check-box Enable "Company Library" in Employee Portal Setup is turned on as well as the check-box option Show Company Library in Employee Master, EPortal tab is turned on. 

If the Show Company Library (Own Employer Only) in Employee Master, EPortal tab is also turned on, only documents assigned to his/her employer can be shown.
