i.e. If the Tolerance (minutes per month) is set to 30, if the employee accumulated late in/early out minutes is under 30 minutes, no deduction is performed,

When the Deduction Amount excluded this tolerance minutes is turned off,
perform the deduction as normal
e.g.
If the accumulated late in/early out minutes is 1 to 30, no deduction is performed.
If the accumulated late in/early out minutes is 31, deduction is 31 x $10 = $300

When the Deduction Amount excluded this tolerance minutes is turned on,
the deduction is based on Deduction minutes - Tolerance minutes
e.g.

If the accumulated late in/early out minutes is 31, deduction is 1 x $10 = $10
