Manage Employees by Group

If this function Enable Manage Employees by Group is turned on in Company Setup, administrator can set which employees this user can manage. To set the Manage Employees by Group, go to System Manager > Maintenance > Manage Employees by Group. 

If employees are not checked in this screen, the corresponding HRPro user are not able to view or manage those employees.

In Web Client, you can also manage employee by Department, Division and Employee Class. e.g. When ADMIN department is checked for the User DEMO, DEMO is able to view and manage all the ADMIN department employees.
