This tab is to record the Qualifications and Skills of the employees. You can enter the Qualifications and Skills manually, or by excel import. See know how to import Employee Qualifications and Skills from Excel.

Quali and Skills History can also be maintained by EPortal User by requesting Update Personal Particulars.

Qualifications and Skills is lookup from Qualifications and Skills table in Master Management and must be defined before creating Quali and Skills History of the employee.
