How to generate payroll for a terminated employee after the terminated period

If an employee is terminated in the payroll period, it will include in the payroll automatically. However, if you wish to generate payroll for the terminated employee AFTER the terminated period. You can manually input the Employee No. in Generate Payroll Batch even if the employee is already terminated (say last month).


The IR56F or IR56G will include this payroll automatically, the MPF contribution file will include this payroll as an existing employee contribution.
