Update Roster

Update Roster function is for supervisor to amend his/her direct subordinate's Rosters (e.g. at a remote site). Where direct subordinates is the employees that the Report to (Superior) is the supervisor.

To turn on Update Roster, go to Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service tab, check Enable "Update Roster"

Update Roster
will only be displayed for EPortal User that the check-box option Show "Update Roster" (in Employee Master, EPortal tab) is checked.

The Roster Codes displayed on this screen is the Roster Codes of his/her subordinates  (i.e. the employee's Report To (Supervisor) is this user).

p.s. If the check-box option Update Roster including Self in Employee Portal Setup, General tab is turned on, the roster tables available to update in Update Roster in Employee Portal will include the Roster of the logged in user.
