It allows managers and administrators to review previous evaluations, identify performance trends, and make informed decisions regarding promotions, raises, and development plans. This historical data is essential for ensuring consistency and fairness in the appraisal process.
The Employee Appraisal History allows you to view all appraisals associated with a specific employee.
The Employee Overall Rating represents the average rating for all appraisals of a specific employee within the entire system. It provides a comprehensive assessment of the employee’s performance across all appraisals.
The Employee Batch Rating represents the average rating for all appraisals of a specific employee within a particular appraisal batch. It provides a consolidated view of an employee’s performance across multiple appraisals during that batch (e.g. The annual appraisal cycle).
