Highlights

• Added new checkbox option "Suppress validation that Join Date must not be later than the First MPF Start Date" to Master Setup, under Employee Master panel.

• HRPro version 23.01, scheduled for release on 2026/01/02, will include full support for Microsoft SQL Server 2025.

• What's new in HRPro 22.12? (2025/12/01)

• Support for Windows Server 2012 will be discontinued starting with HRPro version 22.12. See Announcement: End of Support for Windows Server 2012.

• Added the option Bulk Upload Content in the Generate MPF File to filter the upload file for various eMPF Bulk Upload functions. Available options include [All], Employee Details, Contribution Data, and Terminated Employees.  See How to upload MPF contribution data to eMPF.

• The eMPF Upload Template has been updated to conform with the specifications of the "eMPF Contribution Bulk Upload Template 1.4.2," released on 2025/11/14.

• Added "Member Class" and "Commencement Date for Vesting Entitlement" to the MPF Panel in the Employee Master (HR Info tab) to meet eMPF requirements.

• New functions added: "Expense Claims Autopay Batch" and "Generate Expense Claims Autopay File" enable reimbursement payments for expense claims to be processed through a dedicated, standalone autopay batch.

• New report:  Expense Claims Autopay Batch Report.

• New option "Expense Claims Autopay Batch" for "Generate Expense Reimbursements to" is added to Expense Module Setup, General tab.

• Added a new checkbox option: Show Contract Start and End Dates in Appointment History (for Renewable Fixed-term Contract Employees) to Master Setup, Employee Master panel.

• Added Default Payroll Group ID and Show Basic Salary on eMPF options to MPF Account.
