• What's new in HRPro 22.10? (2025/10/02)

• The Employee Portal now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with both Google and Microsoft accounts.  Click below to learn how to set up each option:  

  • Sign in with Google

  • Sign in with Microsoft

• Two new login options—Sign in with Google and Sign in with Microsoft—have been added to the Employee Portal Setup, General Tab. You’ll find them under the Login panel, within Employee Portal Login Options.

• The eMPF Upload Template has been updated to conform with the specifications of the "eMPF Contribution Bulk Upload Template 1.4.1," released on 2025/09/05.

• Two new options, Show Employee Number as "Staff No." on eMPF and Show Department Code on eMPF, have been added to the MPF Account.

• Enabled eMPF for Sun Life Trustee Company Limited 永明信託有限公司 (Sun Life Rainbow MPF Scheme). See MPF Account.

• Revised Support Page: Error "The 'targetFramework' attribute in the..." after HRPro Upgrade.

• Two new options, SqlConnectionEncrypt and SqlConnectionTrustServerCertificate, have been added to HRPro.config and EPortal.config.

• The Delete Attendance function has been moved from the Attendance Update screen to a new dedicated screen titled Attendance Deletion.

• Starting from version 22.09.16, Web Client and EPortal require .NET Framework 4.8 or later to be installed on the server. For installation instructions, see "How to install .NET Framework 4.8.1?"  

• A new option "First Year Annual Leave Entitlement round up to integer (for Entitled at Anniversary Year, Released at Calendar Year)(Recommend Yes)"  has been added to the Annual Leave Entitlement panel in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab. 

• A new option "First Year Annual Leave Entitlement round up to integer (for Entitled at Anniversary Year, Released at Calendar Year)" has been added to the Additional Annual Leave Entitlement panel in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab.

• Added options "Dr." and "Other" to the Salutation List in Employee Master, Personal Info tab.
