Holiday is under Master.

The Holiday Table feature in HRPro allows you to set and manage holidays for your organization. This includes  public holidays, statutory holidays, and any other days off. By defining these dates, the system can automatically adjust work schedules, attendance records, and payroll calculations to account for holidays.

You can use the Import button to import the new Public Holiday text file supplied by us. Or use the New button to input manually. 

You may also input the holiday for another region manually on this screen. Make sure to check both Public Holiday and Statutory Holiday for another region. 

You can also click the Online Update button to update next year's Holidays once available from us. 

By default, HRPro selected Christmas Day as Statutory Holiday. However, if the employer preferred the Chinese Winter Solstice Festival 冬節 as Statutory Holiday rather than Christmas Day, the user can maintain this Holiday Table manually. (Add a new statutory holiday for the Chinese Winter Solstice Festival and unchecked the Statutory Holiday for Christmas day.)
