The Employee Change Superior Process in HRPro is used to update the designated superior or manager for an employee. This process is essential for ensuring that reporting lines and supervisory relationships are accurately reflected in the system, especially when there are changes in the organizational structure or during employee promotions and transfers.

You can use this process to change the Report to (Superior) of all the employees from one Superior to another say if the Superior is resigned from the company.

Select the Original Superior and the New Superior and then click the Proceed button.
