Company Setup, Company Dictionary tab is under System Manager ⇒ HRPro Setup, Company Setup

Company Dictionary is to defined the terms that override the System Translation. When the Language is English, it can define your own glossary of terms throughout of this company in HRPro and Employee Portal.

The column English is the original term in HRPro in English. 

The column Language is the language that the English translates to. The options are English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. 

The column Translate To is the statement that you wish to translate to.

Click the Delete All button to delete all entries in the Company Dictionary. Delete All is unrecoverable. It is recommended to Export all entries into an Excel file before deleting all. 

Click the Import button to import the Company Dictionary from Excel. The format of the Excel file is something like this,

The possible values for [LANGUAGE] are en-US (English), zh-HK (Traditional Chinese), and zh-CN (Simplified Chinese).

[ENGLISH] is the original term in HRPro in English.

[TRANSLATE_TO] is the statement that you wish to translate to.

Click the Export button to export all Company Dictionary entries to produce an Excel file. That is good to work as a backup. 

Click the Save button to save the on-screen entries.
