Database Cleanup

Database Cleanup is under System Manager.

Database Cleanup is to remove residual information left on the database including:

• truncate the work tables.

• remove temporary data.

• reclaim the space from the deleted attachments.

• delete temporary user query views.

• rebuild the database indexes.

Please make sure that there are no other users currently using the system.

Click the Start Clean Up button to begin the Clean Up. 

It is recommended to perform the Database Backup before the Database Cleanup.
