How to import Termination Reason from Excel?

Create an Excel Spreadsheet with the following fields in Row 1:

[REASON_CODE]

[TERMN_REASON]

To get the full list of fields of Termination Reason of your version in Excel, press the Export button on Termination Reason to export a full list of fields that match your version.
