Definition of Leave Status

Leave Status is displayed what the Leave Code that the employee took the Leave that inputted in Leave Entry, Leave Code is defined in Leave Type Maintenance.

In additional of this, the followings are also displayed as Leave Status

[PH] - Public Holiday, if the employee's Holiday Type is Public Holiday and that date is Public Holiday
[SH] - Statutory Holiday, if the employee's Holiday Type is Statutory Holiday and that date is Statutory Holiday 
[RD] - Rest Day, if the employee is Roster Employee, and the Shift Type of Shift Code on that date is Rest Day. If the employee is worked Global Working Hours, it is Sunday or Saturday (depending on the Saturday Off setting)
[OFF] - Day Off, if the employee is Roster Employee, and the Shift Type of Shift Code on that date is Day Off. There is no off day for Global Working Hours Employee.
