Subordinate Appraisal Result

Your subordinates' Appraisals (no matter who is the reviewer) can be found in this Subordinate Appraisal Result List. 

If Show Direct Subordinates Only is checked, only direct subordinates will be shown on the list.

Details Ratings will be shown if the factors are the same in the selected result. (Usually, because the selected Appraisals are referring to the same Appraisal Template).

Click the View Button to view your subordinates' final Appraisal with overall ratings and comments. Subordinate Appraisal Result is read-only.
