Approve In/Out Time Correction Application
The "Approve In/Out Time Correction Application" feature in an Employee Portal enables managers or HR representatives to review and approve corrections to employees' clock-in and clock-out times.
Here's how it works:
Access Pending Requests: Log into the Employee Portal navigate to the "Time Correction Approval" section and select the application you wish for approval.
Review Corrections: Examine the submitted time correction requests, including the original clock-in and clock-out times, the corrected times, and the reasons for the corrections.
Evaluate: Consider the requests in line with company policies and verify the accuracy of the corrections.
Decision Making: Approve or reject the leave requests. Comments or feedback can be added if necessary.
Notify Employee: Once a decision is made, the employee is notified of the outcome, and the attendance records are updated accordingly.
This feature ensures accurate timekeeping and helps resolve any discrepancies in employees' attendance records.
If the option Application Rejection requires Remarks (in Leave Type) is turned on, the system does not allow the approver to reject the application without inputting the Remarks.
If the Application is Partially Approved or Majority Approved and the Approval Work Flow is by Level, an Email Notification will be sent to
Next Approver (as To).
If the application is finally approved, an Email Notification will be sent to
The Applicant (as To).
HR Email (as CC) if Enable HR receives Approved/Rejected Email (In Employee Portal Setup, WebLeave tab) is turned on
Department Manager Email (as CC), if the Enable Department Manager receives Approved/Rejected Email (In Employee Portal Setup, WebLeave tab), is turned on.
Approved Email CC List in Employee Master (as CC) if the Application is finally approved.
If the Application is finally rejected, an Email Notification will be sent to
The Applicant (as To)
Approvers that already approved (Partially Approved or Majority Approved) that Application (as CC) if the Approval Work Flow is by level
HR Email (as CC) if Enable HR receives Approved/Rejected Email (In Employee Portal Setup, WebLeave tab) is turned on
Department Manager Email (as CC) if Enable Department Manager receives Approved/Rejected Email (In Employee Portal Setup, WebLeave tab) is turned on
