Leave Balance Enquiry
Leave Balance Enquiry is under Leave.
The "Leave Balance Enquiry" feature in HRPro allows HR managers to check the current leave balances for a group of employees at once. This includes:
Available Leave: Remaining balances for various leave types, such as annual leave, sick leave, and other entitlements for each employee in the group.
Leave Taken: Total leave already taken within the current period by each employee.
Upcoming Leave: Scheduled future leave that has been approved but not yet taken for each employee.
This feature provides a quick and efficient way to monitor and manage leave balances for multiple employees, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for planning and decision-making.
The future leave balances or the leave balances as of a particular date can be checked here.
If the check-box Show Sick Leave Balance is not checked, the column Sick Leave Balance and Full Pay Sick Leave Balance will not be calculated and shown. That will improve the overall enquiry performance a lot.
