The "Employee Compensation Leave Status" report in HRPro provides detailed information about leave taken under compensation policies.
This report helps HR managers and employees monitor compensation leave usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate leave records.
To print the report for the terminated employee, please choose the employee’s termination date as the As Of Date. Otherwise, the compensation leave status for the terminated employee will already be zero as of today or any date after the termination date.
This report will not be generated if the employee's compensation leave balance is zero.
