員工統計

Employee Statistics are available under the Actions menu in Employee Master.

The Employee Statistics window shows a summary of employee counts in HRPro based on the current employee records in Employee Master. It helps you quickly review workforce composition by employment status, contract type, and pay type.

員工統計位於 員工主檔 的 操作  選單內。

員工統計視窗會根據 員工主檔 內現有的員工記錄，顯示 HRPro 的員工數目摘要。此功能可協助您快速檢視人手組成，包括僱傭狀態、合約類型及薪酬類型。

Statistic items

• Active Employees: Employees who are currently active and under employment.

• New Hire Employees: Employees whose join date is in the future, so they are recorded in the system but have not started work yet

• Terminated Employees: Employees whose employment has ended.

• Employees in Employee Master: Total number of employee records currently stored in Employee Master.

• Continuous Contract Employees: Employees with continuous employment contracts.

• Non-Continuous Contract Employees: Employees with non-continuous employment contracts.

• Full-Time Employees: Employees classified as full-time.

• Part-Time Employees: Employees classified as part-time.

• Internship Employees: Employees marked as interns. This is a reference field only and does not trigger special processing in HRPro.

• Part-Time Internship Employees: Employees who are both part-time and internship employees, based on the employee classification or reference setup

• Under Probation Employees: Employees who are currently within their probation period.

• Resigning Employees: Employees who have given notice and are in the resignation process; this is typically used as a status classification for tracking employees before their final termination date.

• Monthly Rate Employees: Employees paid on a monthly basis.

• Daily Rate Employees: Employees paid on a daily basis.

• Hourly Rate Employees: Employees paid on an hourly basis.

• Casual Employees under Industry Scheme: Casual employees assigned to the Industry Scheme.

• Casual Employees under the Master Trust Scheme: Casual employees assigned to the Master Trust Scheme.

統計項目

• 在職員工：目前仍在職並受僱的員工。

• 新入職員工：入職日期在未來的員工，因此已記錄於系統中，但尚未開始工作。

• 已離職員工：僱傭關係已結束的員工。

• 員工主檔內的員工：目前儲存在 Employee Master 的員工記錄總數。

• 連續合約員工：持有連續僱傭合約的員工。

• 非連續合約員工：持有非連續僱傭合約的員工。

• 全職員工：被分類為全職的員工。

• 兼職員工：被分類為兼職的員工。

• 實習員工：被標示為實習生的員工。此欄位只作參考用途，HRPro 不會因此啟動特別處理。

• 兼職實習員工：同時屬於兼職及實習類別的員工，根據員工分類或參考設定而定。

• 試用期員工：目前仍在試用期內的員工。

• 離職中員工：已提出辭職並正處於離職程序中的員工；此分類通常用於在最終離職日期前追蹤員工狀態。

• 月薪員工：按月計薪的員工。

• 日薪員工：按日計薪的員工。

• 時薪員工：按時薪計算薪酬的員工。

• 行業計劃臨時員工：已歸類至行業計劃的臨時員工。

• 強積金計劃臨時員工：已歸類至強積金計劃的臨時員工。
