This process ensures that any changes in an employee's role or position are accurately reflected in the system, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating smooth transitions.

You can use Employee Change Appointment Process to automate the process whenever the employee is changing Appointment (Position, Salary, Department, Division, Work Location, Employee Class, Annual Leave Entitlement, Work Hrs, etc)

When a Effective Start Date is provided and Proceed button is clicked, An additional Appointment History record will be created for that employee.
