The Employee Rehiring Process involves re-engaging a former employee who had previously left the company. This process includes,
Transferring personal information from the old employee number (associated with the old employment contract) to a new employee number.
Allowing users to update the new employment terms, salary, and benefits information.
Select the Terminated Employee to rehire,
Most information is transferred from the old Employee Number. Ensure that necessary details such as join date, department, position, salary, and any other relevant information are completed.
Select "Save and Continue" to create the new employee record in Employee Master. Once created, you can proceed to amend the necessary information within Employee Master.
