"Working Days" definition

The definition of Working Days when applying leave for different Leave Nature (count working days or consecutive days in between) and the User Defined Formula variable [WorkdaysInMonth] is

For Global Work Hours Employee

Working Days =   Number of Calendar days - the Employee's Holidays - Sundays - Saturday (if Saturday off) - Saturday x 0.5 (if Saturday is not off and Saturday as 0.5 Leave Day)

For Roster Employee

Working Days = Sum of the Shift Code defined in Roster Table that the Shift Type is Normal Day

                            (if Leave Day treated as 1 leave day, count 1, 

                             if Leave Day treated as 0.5 leave day, count 0.5, 

                             if Leave Day treated as 0  leave day, count 0)
