How to add the approved leave information to your personal calendar?

After the below option is enabled, an iCal file will be attached to your notification email of your approved application. You may have option to add the leave dates to your calendar (e.g. Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, Apple calendar, etc).

Enable Attach iCal file to approved email in Personal Options

Login Employee Portal and go to Personal Options. Turned on Attach iCal file to approved email.

After that, your approved email for any Leave Application will be attached an iCal file that contains your leave dates as an appointment.

e.g. In Gmail,

Click Add to calendar link will add the event into your Google Calendar

e.g. In Office 365,

Click Add to calendar option will add the event into your Office 365 Calendar
