What is 'Show "Correct Time" Buttons in Attendance Record' in Employee Portal Setup

There are four Correct Time Buttons, Correct Work In/Out, Correct Meal Time, Correct Rest Time and Correct Callback Time. If these options

  • Show "Correct Work In/Out" Buttons in Attendance Record

  • Show "Correct Meal Time" Buttons in Attendance Record

  • Show "Correct Rest Time" Buttons in Attendance Record

  • Show "Correct Callback Time" Buttons in Attendance Record

are turned on (in System Manager->HRPro Setup->Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab.)

And the "Time Clock Correction Request" is prepared and enabled.

The Attendance Record in Employee Portal will show the Correct Time button to allow to apply an Time Clock Correction Request application if the days of the employee is either Late-In, Early Out or Absent except if the check-box Show on Every Day is checked, in that case, the Correct Time button will show on Every Day
