How to register Company License?

Company License allows unlimited users to log in to one company from unlimited computers. We registered Company Name for Company License. 

If you are able to login to your company (i.e. before trial period expiration), please go to System Manager ⇒ HRPro Setup ⇒ Company Setup, License Keys tab

1. At the Company License panel, Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Company ID to the Clipboard. 

2. Paste the Company ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider  (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

3. If you qualify for the Company License, a Company License Key will be returned by us.

4. Paste that Company License key into License Key and click the Save button.

5. Registration process is finished

If you are unable to login into your company (i.e. after trial period expiration), click the Click here to register link

And you will return to a HRPro Registration Page

1. At the Company License panel, select the Company that you wish to register from the dropdown list

2. Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Company ID to the Clipboard. 

3. Paste the Company ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider  (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

4. If you qualify for the Company License, a Company License Key will be returned by us.

5. Paste that Company License key into License Key and click the Save button.

6. Registration process is finished.
