Company Setup, License Keys tab is under System Manager ⇒ HRPro Setup, Company Setup

Use this screen to register Device License, Browser License, Company License and Server License

Device License

1. Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Device ID to the Clipboard. 

2. Paste the Device ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

3. If you qualify for the Device License, a Device License Key will be returned by us.

4. Paste that Device License key into License Key and click the Save button. 

A device license is purchased per number of devices (computers) on which you would like to use the software on a Windows-based Local Area Network simultaneously. Regardless of the number of users who use that device to access the server. Device Licenses may make more economic and administrative sense if your company has workers who share computers, for example, on different work shifts. We registered Company Name for the Device License. A device license is for devices that are on the Windows-based local area network that possesses a computer name (hostname). A device with a Device license may not work behind the firewall/proxy (i.e. on the Internet) unless VPN is deployed. 

Click the Maintain Device Licenses link to remove the licenses you no longer possess.

Browser License

1. Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Browser ID to the Clipboard. 

   1. Paste the Browser ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider  (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

2. If you qualify for the Browser License, a Browser License Key will be returned by us.

3. Paste that Browser License key into License Key and click the Save button.

A browser license is purchased per particular browser installed on a device (e.g. Edge, Chrome, Firefox either Desktop Browser or Mobile Browser) that is required to login to HRPro. Browser license allows unlimited users to log in to unlimited HRPro companies on a Server from this particular browser. 

Click the Maintain Browser Licenses link to remove the licenses you no longer possess.

Company License

1. Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Company ID to the Clipboard. 

2. Paste the Company ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider  (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

3. If you qualify for the Company License, a Company License Key will be returned by us.

4. Paste that Company License key into License Key and click the Save button.

Company License allows unlimited users to log in to one company from unlimited computers. We registered Company Name for Company License

Server License

1. Click the green Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Server ID to the Clipboard. 

2. Paste the Server ID into an email and send it to your HRPro Solution Provider  (Do not capture the screen, screen capture is not acceptable).

3. If you qualify for the Server License, a Server License Key will be returned by us.

4. Paste that Server License key into License Key and click the Save button.

Server License allows unlimited users to log in to unlimited companies from unlimited computers to access the server. We registered Server Name for Server
