The OT Pay Report in HRPro provides a detailed overview of overtime payments made to employees. This report helps managers and administrators track and analyze overtime hours worked and the corresponding compensation. It ensures transparency in overtime payments and helps in maintaining accurate payroll records.

The OT Hours in this report are based on either the Attendance Records or the Approved Overtime Compensation Applications (compensated by OT Pay), depending on the configuration. (See How to determine OT Pay and OT Hours?)
