  • AL BF: Annual Leave Brought Forward, i.e. the Annual Leave Balance as of the start date of this leave year

  • AL Entitled: Annual Leave Entitled for this leave year

  • AL Taken: Annual Leave Taken in this leave year up to the as-of-date

  • AL Approved: Annual Leave not yet taken but approved

  • AL Adjustment: The sum of the Annual Leave Adjustments in this leave year up to the as-of-date

  • AL Current Balance: AL BF + AL Entitled - AL Taken + AL Adjustment

  • AL Pending Approval: The sum of the Annual Leave Application waiting for Approval

  • AL Future Adjustment: The sum of the Annual Leave Adjustments that the Adjustment Date is greater than the As of Date

  • AL Future Entitled: The AL entitlement earned between the as-of-date and the most distant  leave entry/adjustment date

  • AL Future Balance: AL BF + AL Entitled - AL Taken - AL Approved + AL Future Adjustment + AL Future Entitled

  • AL Entitled (Actual): Total Actual Annual Leave Entitlement starting from the join date up to the as-of-date

  • AL Current Balance (Actual): AL Entitled (Actual) - AL Total Year Taken + Al Total Year Adjustment

  • AL Future Entitled (Actual): The Actual AL entitlement earned between the as-of-date and the most distant leave entry/adjustment date
