Annual Leave Forfeiture is under Leave.
The "Annual Leave Forfeiture" in HRPro is used to manage the process of forfeiting unused annual leave for employees.

Leave Entitlement Class
You can select one of the Leave Entitlement Classes to forfeit.
Maximum Days to retain
The available options are
Last Year's Entitlement x 2
Last Year's Entitlement ÷ 2
Last Year's Entitlement
1 to 60
Forfeit From
Depending on your company policy, the available options are Forfeit Actual Balance, Forfeit Balance Brought Forward, and Forfeit Balance Brought Forward (Remaining). Selected one of these will create the corresponding Negative Annual Leave Adjustment for the selected employees.
If you select Forfeit Actual Balance
The Actual Balance column becomes the maximum number of days to retain.
If you select Forfeit Balance Brought Forward
The Last Year Forfeit Balance Brought Forward column becomes the maximum number of days to retain.
If you select Forfeit Balance Brought Forward (Remaining)
The Last Year Forfeit Balance Brought Forward - This Year Leave Days column becomes the maximum number of days to retain.
You can suppress the options (Forfeit Actual Balance, Forfeit Balance Brought Forward and Forfeit Actual Balance (Remaining)) that are inappropriate in Leave Module Setup, Annual Leave tab, and Annual Leave Forfeiture panel.
p.s. Employees with negative balances will not be forfeited.
