The Employee Change Log in HRPro keeps a detailed record of all modifications made to employee data. It tracks changes such as updates to personal details, job titles, departments, and payroll information. This log ensures transparency and accountability by providing a comprehensive history of all alterations, who made them, and when they were made.
You can use Employee Change Log to monitor or look up changes that have been made to Employee Master. For example, you may want to know when an employee's residential address was changed, or when they were assigned a new approver. With the Employee Change Log, that information is easy to find.
