Work Location

Work Location is under Master.

In HRPro, Work Location refers to the physical or designated place where employees perform their job duties. This feature allows you to manage and assign specific locations to employees, ensuring accurate records and facilitating logistics like payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance with regional regulations.

If GPS Location is defined and the Punch Card Device (in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Punch Card panel) is defined as GPS Location. When the employee is performing Punch Card in EPortal. if the location is within the GPS Tolerance (Meters), the GPS Location will be resolved into this Location Code

You can work with the option "If GPS Location, allowed only punch at Work Location" (in Employee Portal Setup, Employee Self Service Tab, Punch Card panel)  to allow the employee only punch at this Work Location.

Device

Device is the Device ID of the Attendance Device that located at this Location
