Enable Appraisal Module: When turned off, Appraisal Processing on the menu is not available.
Allow Edit Appraisal Template even if related Appraisals exist (Recommend No): When turned off (the default), then Appraisal Template is not allowed to amend if the related Appraisals are generated. Otherwise, the Appraisals based on this Appraisal Template will be different from the original Appraisals. And most of the time will produce strange results.
