Group Maintenance
Group Maintenance is to define the security group that the user belong to. Group Maintenance is optional.
To create a new user group, go to System Manager ⇒ Group Maintenance, click Add button
and assign which users below to this group in the Users tab.
Individual Company Permissions is to allow a single User ID to have different access permissions in different companies (database).
When assigning groups to users, either all groups are set Individual Company Permissions to different companies or all groups are set to N/A. The purpose of Individual Company Permission is to set the permission of a particular company. If mixed the group without Individual Company Permission, the effective rights granted across the companies, violate the purpose of Individual Company Permission.
Payroll/Mid-Month Payroll/Taxation/Leave/Expense/Attendance/Appraisal/Master/System Manager
To assign access rights to this group on each module (Payroll, Mid-Month Payroll, Taxation, Leave, Expense, Attendance, Appraisal, Master, System Manager), you can check the checkbox on the right-hand side.
Functionalities include view, delete, edit, add, protect, and export.
