Statutory Sick Leave

If Sick Leave Balance (Statutory) considers Sick Leave (Full Pay) Taken is turned on, The Sick leave Balance (Statutory) not only consider the Sick Leave (Statutory) taken / Sick Leave (Statutory) Adjustment but also Sick Leave (Full Pay) taken / Full Pay Sick Leave Adjustment. Which is good for company that do not have it own Full Pay Sick Leave entitlement setting but wish to deduce the Full Pay Sick Leave as Statutory Sick Leave from the Statutory Sick Leave Entitlement.

If Statutory Sick Leave Days include Statutory Holiday is turned on, the days that calculated between From Date and To date for Statutory Sick Leave Nature Leave includes Statutory Holidays. Otherwise, Statutory Holidays are excluded.

Full Pay Sick Leave

Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement

Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement can also be defined in Leave Entitlement Class, visit Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement to see how to define Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement.

If Full Pay Sick leave Entitlement is set to Shared with Statutory Sick Leave, The Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement is equal to the Statutory Sick Leave Entitlement (i.e. 2 days per month in first year, 4 days per month in subsequent years). Usually it is worked with Sick Leave Balance (Statutory) considers Sick Leave (Full Pay) Taken turned on. Which is good for company that all sick leave are full pay but the Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement is based on the Statutory Sick Leave Entitlement.

(If Full Pay Sick leave Entitlement is set to Shared with Statutory Sick Leave, there will be figures on Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement/Full Pay Sick Leave Balance, etc. and the figure is same as Statutory Sick Leave Entitlement/Statutory Sick Leave Balance.

If Full Pay Sick leave Entitlement is set to N/A, there will be no figures on Full Pay Sick Leave Entitlement/Full Pay Sick Leave Balance, etc.

No Pay Sick Leave

If No Pay Sick Leave Days count working days only is turned on, the days that calculated between From Date and To date for No Pay Sick Leave Nature Leave count Working Days only.

If No Pay Sick Leave Days include Statutory Holiday is turned on, the days that calculated between From Date and To date for No Pay Sick Leave Nature Leave includes Statutory Holidays. Otherwise, Statutory Holidays are excluded.
