Create a Demo Company for Testing

You can backup the existing database and restore it to a Demo Company for testing purposes by following these procedures. 

1. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and navigate to Databases, your company database. Right Click, select Tasks->Backup...

2. Make sure the destination is backup to Disk and click the OK button.

3. Navigate to Database, dbDemo. Right Click, select Tasks ⇒ Restore ⇒ Database...

(If the dbDemo does not exist, create a new database in HRPro, System Manager ⇒ Maintenance ⇒ Database Maintenance with Company Code: DEMO, Company Name: Demo Company and Database Name: dbDemo, see How to see up a new company (database)?)

Done. 

Now login HRPro and select Demo Company for testing.
