How HRPro calculates Sick Leave 1 (Statutory) Balance

HRPro calculates the Sick Leave 1 (Statutory) Balance based on:

    1. Increase 2 days per month on 1st anniversary year or increase 4 days per month after 1st anniversary year

    2. Decrease the balance if the employee is taken the Sick Leave 1 (Statutory) Leave during the month

    3. The Balance is accumulated up to 120 days

Sick Leave Entitled is based on

    • 2 days per month on 1st anniversary year and 4 days per month after 1st anniversary year

Sick Leave Adjustment is based on

    • Adjustment = Balance – Entitled + Taken + Sick Leave (Statutory) Leave Adjustment entries

Sickness Days is the days that qualified the Sickness Allowance. i.e. The sum of the days in Leave Entry that the Leave Nature is Sick Leave (Statutory) within the payroll period.

Actually it is the system adjustments to forfeit the sick leave balance when the sick leave balance reach 120 days
