Leave Adjustment
Leave Adjustment is under Leave.
The "Leave Adjustment" feature in HRPro allows HR managers to manually adjust employee leave balances. This can be used for various purposes:
Correction of Errors: Adjust leave balances to correct any errors in previous leave entries.
Special Circumstances: Add or deduct leave for special circumstances not covered by standard leave policies.
Leave Entitlement Updates: Manually update leave entitlements for employees due to changes in policy, promotions, or other reasons.
Compensatory Leave: Adjust balances to account for compensatory leave earned by employees.
Leave Carry Forward: Make adjustments for leave that is carried forward from one period to the next.
This feature helps maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Annual Leave, Additional Annual Leave and Full Pay Sick Leave can be adjusted by this screen. Compensation Leave Entitlement must be adjusted here before applying compensation leave.

Holiday (Statutory or Public depending on the Holiday Type of the employee)
Working Day Leave (Full Pay)
OT Leave
The Leave Adjustments that created by Employee Portal cannot be edited or deleted to ensure the data integrity unless Disallow amends Leave Entry/Adjustment generated by Employee Portal in Leave Module Setup, General tab is turned off.
