How to update Holiday Table automatically once available

You can set up a Business Alert job to update the Holiday Table automatically once next year's holiday is available.

Procedures

Add a new Business Alert Job and set the Job Type as Web Service. See Business Alert.

2. Define the Web Service command on the Command tab.

Replace http://localhost:62839 with the domain/ip of your HRPro Website. e.g.

https://trial.hrpro.hk/WebClient/Holiday/OnlineUpdate

3. Leave Recipients empty.

4. It is recommended to set the Schedule as Monthly on the first day of each Month.

This Web Sevice will call your HRPro Website to obtain the latest Holiday every month. Once next year's holidays are available from our Server available, your holiday table will automatically be updated.

These procedures are valid for HRPro 20.02 or above.
