If the import file includes EE MC, ER MC, EE VC, ER VC, EE MC Retention, ER MC Retention, EE VC Retention, and ER VC Retention, HRPro will assume that you intend to override the auto-calculated results and apply your own data. Consequently, the AutoCalc flag will be turned off to ensure your data is used.
Additionally, importing an entire worksheet with all columns is strongly discouraged, as HRPro must process and update each cell in the import file individually in the database. This significantly increases processing time and unnecessarily consumes resources by validating and modifying data that may not require updates.
