Welcome to the June 2026 release of HRPro. This version includes several updates that we hope you will appreciate. Some of the key highlights include:
New System Flow document: Expense Claims Autopay Processing Workflow.
Renamed "Subordinate" to "Team Member" and "Superior" to "Supervisor" to align with modern HR terminology.
Set the default Minimum Wage Hourly Rate from $42.1 to $43.1 in Payroll Module Setup, Payroll tab, Default panel.
Added the Maximum claim amount per month to the Expense Type under the Expense Type Balance panel.
Added checkbox options Show Total Reimbursement Amount and Total Approved Amount in Expense Claims Application Status and Show Total Reimbursement Amount and Total Approved Amount in Expense Claims Approval to Employee Portal Setup, Expense Claims Application tab, Total Display panel.
Relocate Compensation Leave Panel to Compensation Leave tab in Leave Module Setup.
Add a checkbox option, Compensation Leave Expiry considers Leave Entries, to the Compensation Leave tab in Leave Module Setup.

End of Support Announcement for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 - Microsoft has announced that extended support for SQL Server 2016 will end on July 14, 2026. In alignment with this timeline, HRPro will discontinue support for deployments running on SQL Server 2016 effective December 31, 2026. As a result, HRPro 24, released on January 1, 2027, does not support SQL Server 2016 as a database server. Customers currently using SQL Server 2016 are advised to upgrade to SQL Server 2017, 2019, 2022, or 2025 before upgrading to HRPro 24. Early planning and upgrading will help ensure a smooth transition and avoid potential service disruptions.
