Apply Expense Claims (On Behalf)

When the "Allow On Behalf Expense Claims Application" option is enabled for a user in the Employee Master under the EPortal tab, they can submit expense claims on behalf of any employee. This feature is especially useful for HR Officers or departmental administrators who must apply for expense claims on behalf of employees who do not have computer access.

Only Active Employees with Email Address defined is available to be selected in the Employee Name drop-down list.
