Apply Overtime Compensation (On Behalf)

Users can apply Overtime Compensation Application on behalf of any employee when the Allow On Behalf Overtime Compensation Application option of this user in the Employee Master, EPortal tab is turned on. It is good for the HR Officer or departmental administrator to apply for leave on behalf of other employees that computer access is not possible.
