Overtime Compensation Application is the application sent to the approver to apply for the Compensation Leave Entitlement (i.e. the rights for Compensation Leave). Say if an employee applies for 1 day OT Compensation Application (say work on Sunday) and when this Application is approved, the employee will have a 1-day compensation leave entitlement and be ready to apply for a compensation leave at a later date.

The Overtime At is to indicate the overtime type,

After-work OT is the OT after the regular Book Check-Out time, if the regular Book Check-Out time is 18:00, it is the OT work after 18:00.

Early-Work OT is the OT before the regular Book Check-In time, if the regular Book Check-In time is 09:00, it is the OT work before 09:00.

Call-back OT is the OT that required the employee return to the office from an off-duty status. It is applicable only if the Enable CallBack In/Out in Attendance Module Setup is turned on.

To allow Overtime Compensated by Compensation Leave, make sure

To allow Overtime Compensated by OT Pay, make sure

When the Attendance Management module is installed, and the option Enable Attendance Data for OT Pay Calculation in Attendance Module Setup is turned on, the system will accumulate the approved applications to treat as OT Mins together with the attendance records OT information. The purpose is to record the missing OT that cannot be captured by the attendance device.

When Attendance Management Module is installed, and the option Enable Attendance Data for OT Pay Calculation in Attendance Module Setup is turned off, the system will only count the approved applications to treat as OT Mins and ignore the attendance records OT information. This is good for a company that required the Overtime must be approved by Approvers before turned into OT Pay.
